This Legal Notice fulfills the information obligations established by Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE) and by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (RDL 1/2007).

Hereinafter referred to as "the Seller", "ShishaX (EU)", or "we".
The ShishaX brand and the VOLTA product line are trademarks and trade names of SHX Corporation, a United States company. The Seller operates shishax.eu in the European Union and EFTA region under license from SHX Corporation as the legal seller of record for all transactions concluded through this Site.
2. Activity
The Site operates as an online retailer of electric heat management devices and related accessories, including the VOLTA precision heat management device and consumable components.
Products are sold to consumers and to business customers aged 21 years or older, where permitted by local law in the customer's country of residence.
The Seller does not sell tobacco, nicotine, or any consumable smoking substances through this Site.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on shishax.eu, including text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, photography, videos, source code, and software, is the property of the Seller, SHX Corporation, or their respective licensors and is protected by Spanish and European intellectual property law.
The ShishaX and VOLTA names, logos, and product designs are trademarks and trade names of SHX Corporation, used by the Seller under license.
Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, or modification of any element of the Site, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is prohibited.
4. Language of Contract and Contract Filing
Contracts concluded through this Site may be entered into in English.
The contractual terms, including these legal notices, the Terms of Service, the Refund and Return Policy, the Shipping Policy, and the Privacy Policy, are accessible on the Site at the time of purchase and may be saved or printed by the customer.
Order details and contract confirmation are sent to the customer by email after each purchase and are retained by the Seller in electronic form. Customers may request a copy of their order documentation at any time by contacting info@shishax.eu.
5. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and any contract concluded through the Site are governed by Spanish law and by the applicable European Union consumer protection law.
For consumers resident in the European Union, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the consumer's place of residence, in accordance with mandatory consumer protection rules. For non-consumer customers, the courts of Barcelona, Spain shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

6. WEEE / RAEE Producer Registration
In compliance with Spanish Royal Decree 110/2015 on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment, the Seller is registered as a producer of electrical and electronic equipment in Spain through SUNREUSE, with Producer Number 22337.
End-of-life electrical and electronic equipment placed on the market by the Seller may be returned for proper environmental treatment and recycling at no additional cost to the consumer. For information on returning used VOLTA devices, batteries, or other electronic components, contact info@shishax.eu.
7. Pricing and Taxes
All prices displayed on the Site for delivery within Spain and the European Union are inclusive of Spanish IVA (Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido) at the applicable rate. Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout based on destination and selected service.
For shipments to EFTA destinations (Norway, Switzerland, Iceland) and to the Spanish overseas territories of the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, the customer is responsible for any import duties, local taxes, and customs fees applicable in the destination country, as described in the Shipping Policy.
8. Age Restriction
All products sold through this Site are intended for adult use only. Customers must be 21 years of age or older to purchase. By placing an order, the customer confirms they meet this age requirement.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where age verification cannot be reasonably established.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Seller takes reasonable care to ensure that the information published on the Site is accurate and up to date. However, the Seller does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components, and the Seller is not liable for losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
This limitation does not affect the statutory rights of consumers, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the right of withdrawal described in the Refund and Return Policy.
